Terms of Service

Welcome to Nailit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nailittoday.com and the application (the "Service"), operated by Nailit ("we", "us", "Nailit"). By using, registering for, or making a purchase on the Service, you fully agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Nailit provides AI-based job-interview practice and preparation tools, including interview simulations, answer analysis, feedback and learning content. We may change, add, remove or discontinue features and services, in whole or in part, at any time and at our discretion.
2. Eligibility and registration
The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 and over. When registering, you must provide true, accurate and current information, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payments, subscriptions and benefits
- Parts of the Service require payment. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. Making a purchase authorizes the charge in accordance with the terms of the package purchased.
- Discount codes and benefits are personal, limited in time and quantity, and are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
- We may update prices from time to time. A price change will not apply to a purchase that has already been completed.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at nailitjobinterview@gmail.com, subject to applicable consumer-protection law. Where the transaction concerns ongoing service or digital content and you have been granted immediate access to the content, the right of cancellation may be limited or excluded as permitted by law. We will handle cancellation and refund requests in accordance with the law.
5. User content
You remain the owner of the content you enter (answers, resumes, etc.). By entering it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store the content for the purpose of operating the Service and providing feedback. You represent that the content you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not include sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service — including the software, design, logo, learning content, questions and the Nailit brand — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, sell or make commercial use of the Service or any part of it without our prior written consent.
7. Permitted and prohibited use
You undertake to use the Service lawfully and for your personal purposes only. Prohibited, among other things, are: misuse or interference with the operation of the Service; attempting to bypass security or permission mechanisms; accessing paid content without purchase; entering unlawful, offensive or infringing content; automated use (scraping, bots) without permission; and any use that may harm us, other users or third parties.
8. Disclaimer — no guaranteed outcome
Nailit is a practice and learning tool only. Feedback and content are produced in part using artificial intelligence, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and do not constitute career, legal, psychological or other professional advice. We do not promise and do not guarantee success in an interview, receiving a job offer, placement or any other outcome. Decisions and use of the information are your sole responsibility.
9. Limited warranty ("AS IS")
The Service is provided "AS IS" and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability or absence of faults. We are not responsible for content, decisions or damages arising from reliance on the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of revenue or loss of data. In any case, our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You undertake to indemnify us for any damage, expense or claim (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from your use of the Service in violation of the law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, immediately and at our discretion, in the event of a breach of Terms, suspected misuse or fraud, or for any other lawful reason. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to the Terms and the Service shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
